The space
Once you arrive you may never want to leave! Amazing views, and a great location. This is the perfect 3 bedroom cabin (with a bonus king bed and a futon in the large loft area). The cabin can accommodate a total of 12 guests (each bedroom has a spectacular view of the Smoky Mountains) There is also a sleeper sofa in the living room if needed.
Please note: The roads leading to the cabin go up a mountain. They are winding and can be steep in some areas. The roads are wide enough for 2 vehicles and are paved. If you are uncomfortable with these kind of roads, the cabin may not be a good fit.

The entire cabin is for the guest use. There is an owners closet on the lower level and a storage area on the side of the house which cannot be accessed
Other things to note
Gatlinburg is a mountainous area. Most roads are, in the mountains. Cobbly Nob is no different. The road to the cabin, starting at the entrance of the neighborhood, is wide enough for 2 vehicles and has some steeper inclines. As mountain road go these are very accessible. The cabin is extra accessible and not on the side of a steep mountain. Just take your time and stay on your side of the road and you will be fine. As you wind your way to the cabin you will see a sign with the address numbers “741” on it. You can’t see the cabin from the road.
